About The Position

Central Bank of Branson is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a part-time Teller. The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a relationship business; get to know customers and genuinely care about their financial well-being by providing solutions to meet their needs. Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM. Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations. Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services as the opportunity arises. Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Ability to count U.S. currency
  • Must enjoy customer interactions including actively looking for referral opportunities, using a needs "based" sales model
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
