Tellers at Federated Bank interact with bank customers more than all other staff combined. Tellers must be people who like people, present themselves well, smile naturally, and maintain a positive attitude. Tellers need to be good at remembering names and handling detailed work. As a member of the front-line customer service team, they must be able to identify customers’ needs and meet them with appropriate bank products or personnel.
