Pay Range
$17.55 – $18.00/hour for candidates without teller experience (we will fully train the right person!)
$18.50 – $19.50/hour for candidates with direct teller experience

Requirements

• At least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Previous customer service and cash-handling experience preferred
• Friendly, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
• Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Stays calm and positive on busy days
• Takes initiative and asks thoughtful questions
• Enjoys helping others and making things easier for them
• Values accuracy, teamwork, and integrity

Nice To Haves

• Teller or financial institution experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and assist with day-to-day transactions
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash advances
• Balance and maintain your cash drawer accurately
• Process checks, money orders, wires, and night drop transactions
• Answer member questions in person and over the phone
• Promote credit union products and services that benefit members
• Support daily branch operations and collaborate with teammates
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance
