About The Position

Security Financial Bank (SFB) is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Bloomer team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive on providing excellent customer service, and are looking for a role with steady, daytime hours, this may be the opportunity for you. As a Teller, you’ll be the face of the bank, helping customers with their daily financial needs while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, with occasional rotating Saturdays (Saturday shift pay differential included).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service and cash-handling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to balance transactions accurately
• A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency with computer and comfort learning new systems

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of bank products, services, and various federal regulations is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions
• Verifying checks, endorsements, and proper identification
• Balancing your cash drawer daily and assisting with branch balancing tasks
• Answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, while maintaining confidentiality
• Referring customers to other SFB team members for specialized services
• Supporting branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
