You will Identify opportunities through meaningful conversation with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff or Harford Bank partners and expected to proactively be involved in the growth activity of the branch. Utilizing exemplary customer service skills handle all customer inquiries timely and correctly. Perform banking transactions as a teller such as deposits, cash handling and handling other financial needs. Accuracy and attention to detail. Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to process information with high levels of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgements as to prioritizing and time allocation. Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Demonstrate established customer service standards and communications skills. Operates within established check cashing limits. Follows all branch security procedures. Adheres specifically to all corporate policies and procedures. Also adheres to Federal and State regulations and laws, including, the Bank Secrecy Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Based on tenure and job performance, responsibilities/limits will vary. May perform other duties as assigned. Demonstrate a complete understanding of FDIC principles. Maintain security of customer information and adhere to the Privacy Policy. Follow Harford Bank’s check cashing guidelines. Successfully complete required compliance modules. Responsible for reading all internal communications distributed within the Branch. Responsible for understanding the Bank's BSA/AML Policy, including satisfactory completion of required annual BSA/AML training as applicable to position and appropriately applying this knowledge to daily activities and responsibilities, specifically understanding that any suspicious activity must be reported to the BSA Officer immediately. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a face-to-face customer service environemnt.

Nice To Haves

  • Cash handling or branch banking experience preferred.
