Security Financial Bank (SFB) is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Alma Center team. Position Summary: As a Teller, you’ll be the face of the bank, helping customers with their daily financial needs while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service and cash-handling experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to balance transactions accurately
A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of bank products, services, and various federal regulations is a plus!

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions
Verifying checks, endorsements, and proper identification
Balancing your cash drawer daily and assisting with branch balancing tasks
Answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, while maintaining confidentiality
Referring customers to other SFB team members for specialized services
Supporting branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
