As a Teller at KeyBank, you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients within the KeyBank communities. This role involves providing excellent in-person client service by welcoming new and existing clients, assisting with account transactions and servicing needs, and proactively identifying and resolving client issues. Tellers are expected to engage clients in conversations to uncover financial needs and transition them to a banker for deeper financial wellness discussions.
