As a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Bonita Beach, FL at the Bonita Beach branch (9430 Bonita Beach Road SE Bonita Springs, FL 34135). The Teller delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. They process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identify banking opportunities to make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Tellers also perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources, and apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems. They adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner. PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, and adept at managing risk by adhering to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
