About The Position

The Full-Time Teller at Longview Bank in Ogden provides exceptional customer service while performing a variety of financial transactions. This role supports branch operations, promotes bank products and services, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and positive customer experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and account inquiries
• Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Process account openings/maintenance as needed
• Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve routine customer issues
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all security protocols
