Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their banking needs in a courteous and prompt manner.
• Process account transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cashier’s checks
• Balance cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency to supervisor
• Provide a high level of customer service, providing answers and assistance
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and procedures
