As a Teller within PNC's organization, you will be based in a city/state location. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. The Teller position focuses on delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. This involves processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives for their financial interactions, and identifying banking opportunities to make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Tellers also perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources, and apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately are key. PNC employees are expected to be Customer Focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, and skilled in Managing Risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Processes a variety of customer interactions.
