About The Position

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a Full-time Teller to join the team at our Rhinelander, Wisconsin location! CoVantage invests in their team members! The pay for this role is $15.00 - $22.13. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications. Requirements

Have obtained a high school diploma
Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance
Have intermediate mathematical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs

Nice To Haves

Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis
Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value
