About The Position

As a Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while handling various banking transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and securely. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and promoting bank products and services that can enhance their financial well-being. Additionally, you will maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements. Ultimately, your contributions will help foster customer loyalty and trust in our banking institution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
  • Strong numerical and cash handling skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with banking software and technology.
  • Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities
