You'll have a predictable schedule-Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:00 AM - noon-so you can balance work and personal time while growing your skills and confidence in the role.
