Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Basic math and computer skills
• Sales and relationship-building ability
• Please be advised that credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates.
• A post-offer, pre-employment drug test is also conducted.

Nice To Haves

• Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed service as the face of Sun East Federal Credit Union
• Greet members, taking the time to really listen to their needs and develop relationships with them to find solutions to their financial needs.
• Process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments
• Utilize product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our members
• Process vault transactions, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs
• Maintain a cash drawer ensuring that it balances at the end of the each day.
