Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Basic math and computer skills
• Sales and relationship-building ability

Nice To Haves

• Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• As a Teller, you arrive each day ready to provide unsurpassed service as the face of Sun East Federal Credit Union.
• You greet members, taking the time to really listen to their needs and develop relationships with them to find solutions to their financial needs.
• You are usually the first point of contact for members who need help processing transactions or solving problems, as well as those who simply want to learn more about financial products.
• You take pride in contributing to our success by projecting a positive image to our members!
• You efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments; with the opportunity to utilize product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our members.
• You also help process vault transactions, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs.
• During each shift, you maintain a cash drawer ensuring that it balances at the end of the each day.
