About The Position

We're hiring summer tellers to join our team on a three-month temporary assingment. Responsibilities include cash handling, member transactions, and providing exceptional service. There will also be occasional travel between our Billings branches and our Laurel branch. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Currently matriculated in a post-secondary degree program (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's).
  • At least six months of customer-facing service experience.
  • Up to 12 months of teller or cash-handling experience.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to help resolve member concerns with care.
  • Ability to use office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in person and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a synergistic, team-centered environment.
  • Follow all security, privacy, and compliance guidelines to protect our members and our team.
