This Full Time Teller position is within PNC's retail branch organization, based in Grand Haven, Michigan at the Grand Haven Branch. PNC operates as an in-office company, promoting a collaborative and supportive culture. It includes processing various customer interactions, educating customers on financial alternatives, identifying banking opportunities, and making appropriate referrals to branch staff. Tellers perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. They educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources, and apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate completion of daily teller and branch operations are essential. Employees are expected to be customer-focused, aligning decisions with customer needs and satisfaction, and managing risk effectively within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
