SUMMARY: This position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by explaining and processing financial services, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, and consistently adhering to all organization policies and procedures. The employee is expected to maintain a positive and respectful attitude, communicate regularly with their supervisor, manage time effectively, prioritize workload efficiently, and report to work prepared and on time. This role requires meeting or exceeding departmental productivity standards, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding SMBT operations and customer information, and actively participating in required staff and departmental meetings, along with performing all other duties as assigned.
