About The Position
The Senior Teller position at Renasant Bank involves processing customer transactions, assisting with inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities while adhering to bank policies. This role emphasizes accuracy, exceptional customer service, and risk mitigation. Senior Tellers also carry additional operational and sales performance goals and serve as a backup to the Head Teller, leading by example in all aspects of the teller role.
