About The Position

As a Full Time Teller at PNC's Retail Branch in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing high volume banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology. Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
