Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting individual, team, and credit union goals by referring products and services to Personal Bankers.
• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and cashier's checks.
• Identify potential member fraud situations and follow reporting processes as needed.
• Listen to members to understand their needs and provide problem-solving solutions.
• Promote honest and open communication throughout the credit union.
