About The Position

As a Teller at TFCU, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing a wide range of credit union services and promoting products. Your role will involve assisting members with their banking needs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements

  • A passion for assisting customers with integrity and working with cash.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to tackle challenges and take initiative.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including rotating Saturdays.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures related to TFCU products and services.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines, and cash handling standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Symitar navigation and NCR/Enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg J, Deluxe, Home Branch Messaging, MoneyGram, InfoImage, Co-Op locator, Synergy, QuickAssist, and Reg E.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide variety of TFCU services to members.
  • Promote credit union products and services to members through various delivery methods.
  • Guide new and existing members regarding credit union services and current promotions.
  • Serve as the face of the credit union, greeting members and offering assistance as needed while following standard operating procedures.
