The primary function of this position is to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to members in person, through drive-thru, or via telephone while processing routine financial transactions and answering questions. The role involves cross-selling credit union products and services and making referrals to a Loan Officer, Mid Oregon Wealth Management, or the Mortgage Lending area as needed or directed.
