About The Position

The primary function of this position is to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to members in person, through drive-thru, or via telephone while processing routine financial transactions and answering questions. The role involves cross-selling credit union products and services and making referrals to a Loan Officer, Mid Oregon Wealth Management, or the Mortgage Lending area as needed or directed.

Requirements

• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Keyboarding skills including 10-key.
• Accuracy in handling transactions and cash.
• Ability to grasp a variety of tasks and perform them efficiently.
• Ability to retain knowledge of credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, drive-thru, and telephone service to members.
• Process routine financial transactions accurately.
• Answer member questions regarding services and products.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Make referrals to Loan Officer, Mid Oregon Wealth Management, or Mortgage Lending as needed.
