Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to bank customers and ensure a professional customer experience.
• Process cash/check transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Balance cash drawers throughout the day and at the end of each shift.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all transactions and safeguard cash drawer.
• Educate customers on banking products and services, including mobile and online banking.
• Identify customer needs and promote bank products and services to enhance relationships.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide account statements and other services.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to improve customer service processes.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
