This role involves explaining Credit Union products and services, cross-selling to meet members' needs, and performing basic transactions while adhering to BMI FCU's service standards. The ideal candidate will exhibit enthusiasm and friendliness, demonstrating knowledge to build rapport with members. Additionally, the position requires travel to assigned branch locations as needed. As a Teller, you will be responsible for processing member transaction requests, assisting with inquiries about accounts, and developing strong relationships with members. You will manage your own cash drawer, balance daily transactions, and evaluate members' needs to explain Credit Union services. The role also includes operational support across various servicing platforms and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. This position is vital in maintaining the high standards of service that BMI FCU is known for.
