Represent Trustmark professionally, efficiently, and tactfully to assure customer satisfaction.
Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile, calling them by name at least twice during transactions.
Check for additional customer needs and thank them as they leave.
Safeguard the bank's assets and maintain security while processing transactions accurately.
Assist in developing new business by identifying customer needs and referring them to appropriate sales staff.
Process various transactions including night drops, ATM deposits, wire transfers, and more.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

High school graduate or GED.
At least six months of customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of math concepts and principles.
Detail-oriented with the ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Professional appearance and mannerisms.
Ability to recognize customer needs and make appropriate referrals.
Ability to meet referral goals in a retail environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems.
Must pass Teller Simulation test.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to handle daily lifting of boxed or bagged coins.

Balancing experience preferred.
