Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience working in a financial institution (required)
• High School degree or GED (required)
• Understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products
• Ability to have conversations and make recommendations
• Passion for helping others and being member-centric
• Innovative and thrive on challenges
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
• Perform duties related to opening and processing changes on various account types including Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal, and Business Accounts
• Oversee the consumer loan process following approved guidelines
• Create meaningful relationships through excellent service and face-to-face interaction
• Support the team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives
