When faced with those customers whose service needs exceed the capacity of your office, you will have the support of the rest of WTB, the Pacific Northwest’s largest privately held bank.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.
  • Ability to provide high quality service at all times and in different situations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including extensive knowledge of spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Superior time management and organizational skills; ability to coordinate own work to keep projects on task
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional demeanor and accurate attention to detail
  • High degree of PC based technical skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products
  • Knowledge of basic administrative practices i.e. letter typing, filing, telephone usage, etc.
  • Previous cash handling skills preferred
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills, using logic to solve problems with effective solutions
  • Required to maintain the security and confidentiality of Bank and customer information
  • Regular, reliable attendance is required
  • Ability to work well with people with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak times of day.
  • May be required to lift heavy bags of coin (approximately 27 pounds each).
  • Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person, hearing and speaking clearly.
  • May require sitting or standing for extended periods of time and may include viewing of computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to operate PC’s and other related office equipment.
  • Must adhere to Bank Dress Guidelines and portray a professional image at all times.
