  • Actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services.
  • Provide efficient, accurate and friendly service to customers.
  • Build strong relationships between the customer and the Bank.
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Make appropriate referrals to branch personnel and business partners.
  • Use customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
  • Answer questions from prospects or customers and maintain good customer relations.
  • Perform deposit account maintenance and ensure customers understand account terms.
  • Keep current with products, services, and promotions.
  • Participate in sales, product knowledge, and service meetings.
  • Provide timely follow-up to clients by telephone, written correspondence, or personal contact.
  • Handle all teller transactions accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain and protect a cash drawer, balance transactions daily, and report variances.
  • Follow bank procedures for scanning and submitting teller work.
  • Assist with daily operations and perform duties in the absence of a Lead Teller.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of related experience, including cash handling and direct customer service.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Starting pay of $17/hr, DOE.
  • Part-time position with 30 hours per week.
