Build, maintain, and grow client relationships through personalized interactions.

Achieve outbound call targets to educate clients on digital solutions.
Educate clients on mobile, online, and ATM offerings for convenience.
Refer clients to internal business partners based on their needs.
Assist with financial center operations including opening and closing the vault.
Manage operational loss and seek supervisory overrides when necessary.
Utilize equipment effectively and maintain knowledge of its functionality.
Adhere to professionalism standards in demeanor and appearance.
Mentor and guide fellow associates in policy and procedure enforcement.
Engage and direct client traffic in the lobby.
Perform client research as needed.
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 6 months cash handling and customer service experience required.
Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.

Experience in a banking environment.
Knowledge of financial products and services.

Competitive hourly wage starting at $15.50 per hour based on experience.
Quarterly monetary referral-based incentives based on production.
