About The Position

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a Part-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Pleasant Grove branch. The prime candidate for this position is service focused and responsive to customer needs, committed to excellence, actively able to cross sell bank products & services to fit customer needs, able to build relationships with customers and your team, and has the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service Experience
• 18 years and older
• 1-year prior banking experience preferred
• Cash Handling Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service to all customers
• Process deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactions
• Balance cash drawer
• Open new accounts, process wire transfers and stop payments
• Know and actively cross sell bank products and services
• Respond to customer concerns and provide solutions
• Assist customers both in person and via phone
• Attention to detail
