About The Position

The Teller Manager at TD Bank is responsible for leading a team of service colleagues to ensure a positive customer and colleague experience. This role involves day-to-day team leadership, coaching, and development of colleagues to achieve operational excellence and meet store performance metrics. The Teller Manager oversees all activities related to the Teller line, including cash management, compliance with banking regulations, and effective customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred and/or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Banking Compliance Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of service colleagues to achieve a positive customer and colleague experience.
• Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective service delivery.
• Manage vault operations, including auditing, reporting, and balancing store currency.
• Engage customers to assess needs and provide appropriate services or guidance.
• Coach the Teller team on financial transactions and customer experience.
• Plan and coordinate activities for the team, resolving operational issues as needed.
• Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure compliance with cash control procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
