Requirements

  • Seek appropriate assistance for complex financial matters.
  • Balance business needs with customer requests while managing potential risks.
  • Embrace new technology and stay updated on industry changes.
  • Participate in community, charitable, or civic events.
  • Collaborate with other associates within the branch and across the organization.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of consumer deposit and lending products.
  • Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to AML/BSA requirements and audit procedures.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and monitor work for accuracy.
  • Follow instructions and respond to management direction.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including vault and ATM responsibilities.
  • Support Branch Manager in operational and customer service functions in their absence.
