About The Position

As a full-time Teller Lead at PNC, you will play a crucial role in coaching and supervising tellers to enhance customer service skills and facilitate referral opportunities for PNC products. This position involves engaging with customers, educating them on new technologies, and ensuring efficient transaction processing while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required if experience is sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on financial alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
• Engage with customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
