About The Position

Leads the teller services team in support of the Admissions, Parking Sales, and Carnival Sales functions by processing incoming transactions and outgoing change funds and ticket stock. This is a temporary seasonal position not to exceed 122 days.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must successfully pass credit check.
  • Prior cash handling experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and extremely accurate with handling money and inputting data.
  • Ability to apply basic math skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality for security purposes.
  • Must be available to work all 23 days of the annual OC Fair.
  • Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the team in the preparation of daily paperwork and ticket and change funds.
  • Processes incoming cash from ticket sales and verifies returned tickets.
  • Processes incoming credit card transactions.
  • Researches any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Assists in scheduling and ensures breaks are taken.
  • Makes required deliveries as needed.
  • Performs data entry as needed.
