About The Position

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Teller II, you’ll be the friendly face (and sometimes lifesaver!) for our members and potential members. You’ll handle everything from deposits and withdrawals to opening new accounts and recommending products that truly make a difference in their financial lives. When you’re not processing transactions with lightning-fast accuracy, you’ll be helping members navigate their financial journeys, supporting them with account maintenance, and suggesting personalized solutions to help them reach their dreams. Plus, you’ll get to travel to our other branches as needed, perfect for someone who likes a little change of scenery!

Requirements

1–3 years of similar or related experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
An organized, detail-loving mindset.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality like a vault.
Flexibility to travel to nearby branches when needed.

Responsibilities

Promote our awesome credit union products and make smart referrals to support each member’s financial well-being.
Keep member records up-to-date and prepare reports that make management smile.
