About The Position

PSCU is seeking a driven, friendly, and professional individual to join our team! We are looking for a Teller II for our Trenton Branch. As a Teller II you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service and performing various financial transactions. The Teller II also respond to member requests and inquiries and work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch goals. About the Role Process member requests promptly and accurately, including but not limited to opening sub-accounts and adding beneficiaries. Provide assistance to members with additional service requests, such as e-banking and stop payments. Handle debit card disputes and resolving ATM/ACH disputes in accordance with established procedures. Maintain a broad knowledge of all PSCU products, services, rates, and fees to effectively address member inquiries and cross-sell relevant products. Lead in balancing dual control items, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and procedures. Collaborate closely with Relationship Specialists to identify member needs, promote products/services, and achieve branch goals. Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively while adhering to service standards and protocols.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities independently.
  • Intermediate-level Office 365 Skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Required to work some Saturday’s
