Responsibilities

• Promote credit union products and services to members via telephone and in-person interactions.
• Provide counsel to new and existing members regarding various credit union services and current promotions.
• Perform assigned member transactions, including receiving and disbursing funds according to credit union policies.
• Process mail transactions and authorized account changes as required.
• Support other departments as needed, including handling inbound and outbound member service phone calls.
