Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process a variety of customer transactions.
• Keep precise records of money and negotiable instruments involved in various transactions.
• Develop and expand new and existing customer relationships by referring bank products and services.
• Provide assistance and respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Coordinate work within the branch and with other departments.
• Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to Teller I(s).
• Assist the department with administrative tasks to support branch operations.
