In this position, you will perform a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit box payments. You will also handle cash transactions, such as cashing checks and verifying currency, while ensuring that your cash drawer is balanced at all times. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns will be a key part of your responsibilities, and you will be expected to engage in lobby leadership by managing customer flow and providing a warm welcome to all customers. Additionally, you will act as an advocate for customers by conducting needs-based conversations and offering financial and digital solutions. Compliance with operational activities and regulations, such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, is essential to minimize risk and protect customer information. You will also be responsible for maintaining the security of cash drawers and vaults, ensuring that confidential customer information is stored securely throughout the day.
