About The Position
The Teller I works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency while also educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions. The position executes TD's Brand promise to customers by consistently executing appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience in the Store. Responsibilities include performing customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently, processing cash transactions, responding to customer inquiries, engaging in lobby leadership, and ensuring compliance with operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
