About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount and examines checks for endorsement.
• Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances.
• Enters transactions into the computer to record transactions and issues receipts.
• Balances currency, coin, and checks in the drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amounts with data displayed on the computer screen.
• Explains, promotes, or sells products and services to customers.
• Accepts loan payments.
