As a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail Bank organization, you will be based in West Palm Beach, FL at the Forest Hill Branch. The role involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You will process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions. Additionally, you will perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and procedures.
