About The Position
The primary function of this position is to promptly recognize the member, determine the nature of his/her request, and provide exceptional front-line member service. The role involves accurately completing transaction requests for members or referring them to the appropriate staff member, balancing all cash, check, and transfer items issued and received according to established policies and procedures, and assisting members with basic account maintenance, automatic payments, share draft orders, or other requests. Additionally, the position includes assisting with the processing of mail or night depository items and performing various duties required for the overall management and operation of the Credit Union. The Teller will work Saturdays.
