About The Position

Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our team as a Teller Float and be part of a community bank that values relationships, teamwork, and local impact. Provides exceptional customer service and basic product information through transactions including a variety of savings, checking and loan account transactions, as well as money orders and official checks. Utilizes the Walden Savings Bank Sales and Service Model to identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate business partners.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Flexibility to travel between branches as scheduled.
• Previous cash handling or banking experience preferred but not required—we provide training!

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our customers while processing a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Travel between designated branches to support staffing needs and maintain consistent service levels.
• Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to refer bank products and services that meet their needs.
• Uphold compliance and security standards to protect both customers and the bank.
