Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for members by greeting them warmly and assisting in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on various GNCU products and services and identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard member confidentiality and protect against fraud.
