Responsibilities

• Represent Trustmark professionally and efficiently to assure customer satisfaction.
• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile, calling them by name during transactions.
• Safeguard the bank's assets and maintain security while processing transactions accurately.
• Assist in developing new business by identifying customer needs and referring them to appropriate sales staff.
• Process various transactions including night drops, ATM deposits, wire transfers, and loan payments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
