Join our growing Global TV Research & Insights team as we provide advanced data solutions and strategic insights to enhance the creation of opportunity for our world-class TV clients. CAA is seeking an exceptional junior associate to provide multifaceted support across the Global TV Research & Insights team. In this role you will be a member of a highly-motivated and collaborative team responsible for the creation of cutting-edge data and analytics tools, and providing actionable strategic insights to Agents, Executives, and Clients to impact TV department business goals.
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; highly collaborative and inclusive team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and can easily adapt to change
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
- Working knowledge of Power BI, including building dashboards and writing DAX measures
Nice To Haves
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar data platforms is a plus
- Familiarity writing SQL or Python is a plus
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling data narratives through the synthesis of multiple data sources to provide actionable insights around the performance of scripted, non-fiction, news, sports, kids, and comedy stand-up content across the full TV ecosystem (streaming, broadcast, and cable)
- Contribute to the maintenance and ongoing development of the TV research database
- Help build and maintain the Microsoft Fabric workspace, including pipelines, dataflows, and stored procedures
- Develop and update Power BI dashboards for TV data analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability
- Write and maintain SQL logic to extract, transform, and analyze TV data
- Assist with data cleaning, validation, and data quality management (DMO) activities
- Create and maintain documentation for tables, data models, dashboards, and analytical logic
