About The Position

Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Pennsylvania to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits. The role involves delivering care through a HIPAA-compliant platform from a private, secure space, with a focus on continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships. The company actively supports clinicians in building and maintaining a steady caseload and offers licensure support for high-demand states. Requirements

  • Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)
  • 1–3 years of post-licensure experience
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms
  • A private, confidential workspace

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation
